Ramesh has held senior positions of
responsibility with HCL Group, Digital and ICIM, both in India and

Amit Kulkarni
Amit advises and guides early stage technology businesses.
Previously, he served as a member of the core investment team at ICF
Ventures, a Bangalore/US based early stage VC company.
Prior to joining ICF Ventures, Amit served as the Executive Director
of SystemLogic India, a software services company, with operations
in India and US, which he co-founded in 1995. Between 1986 and 1995,
Amit worked with Hewlett-Packard in various positions, where he
contributed to building various technology solutions based on HP
hardware and software platforms for HP's international customers.
Amit holds a Master's degree (1985) in Computer Engineering from
Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur and a Bachelor's
degree (1984) of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from
National Institute of Technology, Surathkal, Karnataka (KREC)

Kripanidhi has over 22 years of IT consulting,
systems engineering, software product engineering
and software project management experience in a total career span of
30 years.
He has held senior management positions in
software development organizations in India having successfully
managed over 35 software services projects and 6 product development
projects.
He has trained over 20,,000 software
professionals in leading domestic and multinational software
organizations in India and abroad.
He is a Certified Scrum Master and a
Contributing Author to Agile Product and Project Management Center
of
Cutter Consortium. He is also
a Certified
Lead Assessor, Certified Management Auditor and a Trained Trainer.
Kripanidhi has designed, developed and
delivered customized programs for Centre for Technical Training (CTT),
Philips Research Labs, Eindhoven, The Netherlands for their
technical managers worldwide.
He is a Director on the Board of Binary
Essentials and its Principal Consultant.
